By now most of you must have acknowledged Ed
Sheeran's talents being a songwriter creating some hits for the likes of
Justin Bieber and One Direction..., influencing young artists like
Shawn Mendes and being one hell of a singer (which is something you
can't argue). his new album divide is emotion directed as we're used to
from Ed with songs about ex's, Irish roots and the late departure of his
grandmother but we couldn't ask for more. The first song released
"Shape Of You" drives you at the direction of thinking that the album's
going to be beat-heavy acoustic, happy to let you know it's not... not
exactly anyway, songs like "Perfect", "Happier" and "Hearts Don't Break
Around Here" put Sheeran and his guitar in the center of the stage,
while he kinda seems interested in rapping in songs like "Eraser" and
"New Man". However the diversity in his performances only makes us crave
for more.
